Dr. Nelli Kocsomba Law Office was founded in 2013 with a dedicated focus on intellectual property. Since then, we have advised Hungarian and international businesses, technology companies, creative industries and law firms on matters where legal expertise needs to be matched by an understanding of the wider commercial context.

We are actively involved in the Hungarian and international intellectual property community. Through our participation in AIPPI, MIE and the Budapest Bar Association, we remain closely connected to developments in the profession and emerging directions in IP practice.
AIPPI
The International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property is one of the leading international organisations dedicated to the development and protection of intellectual property. Dr. Nelli Kocsomba is a member of its IP Offices and Practice Standing Committee.
MIE
The Hungarian Association for the Protection of Industrial Property and Copyright brings together professionals working across industrial property and copyright in Hungary, providing a forum for exchanging experience and discussing developments in the field.
Budapest Bar Association
Membership of the Budapest Bar Association connects the firm to the institutional framework of the Hungarian legal profession and to the wider professional community of lawyers practising in Budapest.
INTERNATIONAL OUTLOOK
Cross-border work is part of our everyday practice.
We work regularly with international law firms and businesses in Hungarian, English, German and Spanish. This allows our partners to communicate with us without unnecessary translation or intermediaries.
